Can Perfect Cell do the Namekian Forbidden Fusion?

Okay so I had this weird theory as I was talking to myself; and yes that's my thing; Cell has the cells of Piccolo making him part Namekian (The other parts being Human, Saiyan, and Frieza Race as far to my knowledge) and from what I've learned about Namekians so far is that they have a "Forbidden Fusion Technique" that allows them to become a lot stronger.

So my theory is, could Cell or Piccolo, do this "Forbidden Fusion" with each other?

What do think, could this work, or is this something Doctor Gero left out of his blueprints?

Blog Update - Xandrew Adventures Season 2 Episode 12 Progress

So far I'm done recording scenes from home, I just need the battle scene at my church. Yes there's gonna be a fight scene; I won't spoil on who it is; and to be honest, I had no clue how hard it was to write and make a fight scene, even acting out how its gonna play out. I really hope that I'll be able to get it recorded in the month of May, the days are gonna get hot and for I have planned it's gonna kill us both if I don't get this done.

... Xandrew & the gang fight a Pokémon from a Hell Dimension... What witty remark "CAN" you say about that?!

Allow me to Explain:
This was inspired by & paying tribute to an episode of "Atop the Fourth Walls" review of "Pokémon: The Electric Tales of Pikachu #1", where Linkara finally meets the Entity and reviews something Pokémon related. So to pay tribute, I thought it would of be cool if I
fought a Haunter from Hell, or as I would like to call it, a "Hell Haunter". The inspiration for this concept came from "Pokémon: The Electric Tales of Pikachu #4"... if you haven't read it yet GO DO SO its awesome, & a toy replica I've gained!
With that said I can honestly say this was a beast to make, from recording to editing, wrecking my sleeping schedule, this was just tiring, so hope you'll enjoy it!!!
