Okay so I had this weird theory as I was talking to myself; and yes that's my thing; Cell has the cells of Piccolo making him part Namekian (The other parts being Human, Saiyan, and Frieza Race as far to my knowledge) and from what I've learned about Namekians so far is that they have a "Forbidden Fusion Technique" that allows them to become a lot stronger.
So my theory is, could Cell or Piccolo, do this "Forbidden Fusion" with each other?
What do think, could this work, or is this something Doctor Gero left out of his blueprints?
